There is just so much stigma and folklore about HIV, Indetectability, and gay men’s health that the chances of me and another sexual partner from a different part of the world as me would see the issue in enough of the same way to have a meaningful conversation that didn’t end up in an argument or worse a feeling of betrayal didm’t seem good enough to count on.
